Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, we offer a lifetime warranty on our paint and workmanship as long as you own the vehicle. The parts will be warrantied through the vendors they were purchased from and their times will vary.

Do I have to use the repair shop my insurance company tells me to use?
No, you have the right to choose the repair shop of your choice. Your insurance by law has to respect your choice of repair shop. Your shop of choice should provide you with a warranty on their work.

What is the "deductible"?
The deductible is part of the cost to repair your vehicle that you have agreed to pay in your insurance policy. If you go through your insurance for the repairs of your vehicle, you are responsible to pay the set amount (deemed by your insurance company) and the insurance will pay for the remainder of the repair costs.

What if your estimate is more than the one I received from my insurance company?
We will work by your insurance company's estimate. Insurance companies know that there might be additional repairs necessary, so they have a system for supplements to the original estimate. We will handle these differences with your insurance company directly.

How do I obtain a rental while my car is being repaired?
If you are at fault, your insurance policy may contain coverage that entitles you to a rental. This varies by policy. If you are NOT at fault, the faulted driver's insurance may be liable for your rental. In either case, you set up your rental directly with your insurance claim representative.

Will you match my paint?
Yes, we have a computerized paint mixing system that gives us access to over 100,000 paint formulas.

We accept all major credit cards, cash & checks with proper identification.
